3 - Schedule 12-15 hours per week for the next twelve weeks
4 - Sign up for GMAT
5 - Purchase rug for living room and table/chairs for deck

I need to prioritize, perhaps table/chairs for deck should go first.

Update: I did just that.

I am misleading. I do not have a table. But I already told you this.
