Actually yesterday I had a very decent large plastic barrelfulla ice coffee. One of those huge OMG oz. size plastic cups that are often found in most fast foody restaurants. In the small annoyance department mum and dad and mark would all prefer me to leave it in the fridge not-pre-sugared. So that means a few spoonsfulls in the cup while i'm

stock yourself your own liquid sugar stuff... I was impressed with it at a couple coffeehouses. I'm not sure what it is exactly, but it works.

Since the diabetes diagnosis, I've been stocking my own Sweetleaf stevia packets... got some in the car and in the house. It's definitely sweet and not some super-artificial junk, so it makes me happy.

I'll look into that and thanks for the heads up. I wonder if this adult onset diabetes thing should be a concern for me too. You were diagnosed. Brother Mark is diagnosed. Maybe something within our generation. I guess I've gotta watch myself even just a little bit too. Though a recent checkup at Mass General showed I was pretty all aroudn healthy. Maybe see you on your next trip around here.

yeah, I'm too healthy for clinical studies about diabetes medications... I tried to get into one and they told me I was doing great. I think if we eat right, we're ok... I, of course, was not. But I'm eating much better now.
