Oh god. It's so good. There's some definite "now I'm completely obsessed with this song" type of good songs on here. Oh man. Thank you!

Ahh! You know Simon Finn! I love him... my brother plays with him in Montreal.

Come visit soon, the roof is getting irresistable.

yeah, that simon finn record is awesome. haven't really checked out the newer stuff yet, but i hear it's pretty good?

also, i most likely WILL be up sometime over the next week or two. my old friend justin will be in town, and i think i'm gonna follow him up for a few days. he's yet another person i used to live with along with erin and aaron. you'll like him a lot. we'll probably end up in your kitchen at some point soon, hahah... looking forward to it, i haven't been out of town in a long time!

It's awfully nice o' ya to provide us all with some new music, thank you. I've been needing some unexpected new suggestions, and will hopefully get around to getting them on iTunes this week.

Also, that website there, Square America, is the best thing since: (a) sliced bread, (b) the circular wheel, and (c) every other website I've come across in the last six months. It's awesome, Dan, thanks for highlighting it. I've just spent ages browsing through some of its pleasurable wonders.

i've been really into vintage photo blogs lately. another good one is shorpy:

i think square america is my fave though. check their links page, because a few of the others on there are pretty great too. it sorta makes me want to collect old photos.

i really like the record that song i picked comes from especially: gold and green.

yoshimi pee wee is super awesome in general. i saw the boredoms a few weeks back, and i was bummed that tall dudes in front of me kept me from seeing some of the whacked out stuff she was doing on the sly when not drumming. i think she was playing a saw at one point!
