I promised vielchenblau that if she wrote a report of the new summer items that I would scan and upload Soen scans from before 2000! They definitely have a wonderful, fresh summer feeling to them. I've always preferred JM's autumn and winter collections, but there is a lightness and fresh crispness in these photos that one doesn't really see in the A/W collections. Somehow those seem more heavy and layered- a force to contend with when you wear them- but the spring and summer is light-hearted and maybe a bit understated at times, but still very elegant. I hope that there is a Soen photoshoot for this year's summer collection!
