Well today was somewhat uneventfull.. I woke up and tried to do some xmas shoping... But I was interupted.. And no I'm not getting in to it. But anyway I took the time to clean out my car. And I can see the back set and floor now. And I more or less moped around the house all day. and rocked out to music

I did my Christmas shopping today, too. Try a heating pad and ice pack on your back. Alternate using them every 20 min. This is what I've done in the past when my lower back was bothering me. Also, muscle relaxers might help.
