Abortion is now banned in the state of South Dakota.

I do not understand how this can happen in the year 2006!

This world, my friend is social darwinist, anti-freedom, republican rule, 'I know better than the ideals of the framers,' world. As Rehnquist implied when he became Chief Justice, Republican rule will ruin all that which Oliver Wendell Holmes tried to secure, federalism. South Dakota worked too fast to have ban abortion, but Roe v. Wade will be slowly be picked away so that its original intention will be null and void.

The 10th amendment is rearing its ugly head, and no one really understands it... sad face.
