Everyone else is doing this, so of course I'll do it as well.

1. What did you do in 2006 that you'd never done before?
Graduated from college and actually got a job.

2. Did you keep your New Years resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I don't make New Years resolutions.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Nope.

4. Did anyone close to you die?
Yes, my grandfather died in June.

5. What countries did you visit?
The Princess Cays, Grand Cayman, Jamaica, Mexico.

6. What would you like to have in 2007 that you lacked in 2006?
A full-time job.

7. What date from 2006 will remain etched upon your memory and why?
November 16th, for reasons best not mentioned.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Graduating from Baylor.

9. What was your biggest failure?
My attempts at getting a job.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Back in January, my doctor found a lump on my thyroid, which turned out to be benign, thank god, but I had to have half of my thyroid removed.

11. What was the best thing you bought?
My Nintendo DS. So much cracky fun.

12. Whose behaviour merited celebration?
krispies, who proved herself to be a great and loyal friend.

krispies, dullednails, riddled

12.2 Who made you laugh the most?
krispies, riddled, and the memories chats.

13. Whose behaviour made you appalled and depressed?
A certain someone who shall remain nameless but is connected to #7 & #23.

14. Where did most of your money go?
Same place it usually goes: books & dvds

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Graduation and my cruise.

17. Compared to this time last year, are you happier or sadder?
I'm not really sure.

Maybe a smidge thinner.

Richer, but let's see how long that lasts.

18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Studying.

Spending time online.

20. How will you be spending Christmas?
I spent Christmas with my family and playing with my new videogame.

None.

22. What was your favorite TV program(s)?
The Simpsons, Family Guy, CSI:NY, Dancing With the Stars, Veronica Mars, Supernatural, Grey's anatomy, Futurama, American Idol, General Hospital, Bones, Justice, Desperate Housewives, and Gilmore Girls, even though GG is going down the tubes, I'm still watching it out of loyalty.

23. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
Yes.

24. What was the best book you read?
The Secrets of Jin-shei by Alma Alexander.

25. What was your greatest musical discovery?
I'm not really sure.

26. What did you want and get?
My diploma, the cruise, and noise-cancelling headphones.

27. What did you want and not get?
PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: DEAD MAN'S CHEST, dammit.

28. What was your favorite film of this year?
Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon, even though it technically comes out next Friday (GO SEE IT OPENING DAY, DAMMIT).

29. What did you do on your birthday?
I'd been home for the weekend, so I had dinner with my family the night before at Red Lobster, then I drove back to Waco on Sunday (my birthday) and hung out with Jesse (whose birthday it also was) and Danielle.

30. What one thing would have made your year more satisfying?
A full-time job.

31. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2006?
Comfort.

32. What kept you sane?
My family and real friends.

33. Which celebrity did you fancy the most?
Diego Luna, Jared Padalecki.
