Cingular's website is unnavigable

There is no way to buy a phone without buying a new plan. The webiste just wont let me do it. I can't even go to the motorola website and buy one, it sends me back to the cingular website. I say add to cart, but then it wont let me buy it unless I add a plan. BUT I ALREADY HAVE A PLAN GODDAMNIT. It has a section for reporting a lost phone, but
