was a great workday, I figured a bunch of stuff out with the new program, it is looking as though it will be a much more comfortable change than I thought. I still have a lot to learn, but I have many of the basics down now. I think this will be my theme for the year. I have realized I have fully embraced digital, and also realized it means I need to start shooting in a better quality, RAW, for my images. Spoiling myself rotten, with a new lens for the Nikon. I have been in need of a good lens for low light that was also automatic (drunk lens) and finally found one, will play with it tomorrow. I also finally have my scanner all set up as well. Now I can finalize past projects while working on future projects. WOOT!

Today we finally had to put Ema's cat to sleep, we had the vet come to our house to do it, which we felt was definitely worth it. We wanted her to die as peacefully as possible here at home.
