Time for Summer! (Blythe household)
So, a lot happened last season, with Bastian moving out on his own, getting married to Ivy Kratz and having a son, and also with the arrival of a new family in town, the Binchys. But now, it's time to go back to our founding household, the Blythes! Remember them?
Here they are! From left to right, Hayden, Elisabeth and their daughters Emma and MacKayla. Although, on this picture, Mac is actually an adult, because I completely forgot to take the family picture before her birthday... sorry.
But before I tell you all about what the Blythes have been up to, I want to show you all the new addition to Clover Point...
This is the brand new Clover Point Sports Center! Since I now have four households, I was allowed one unowned community lot. I decided to make a sports one, because Hugo Rice's LTW is to become a Hall of Famer and that way, I'm making his dream possible.
So, as you can see, CPSC has everything sims need to be active. There's an ice skating ring for winter outside and a roller skating ring inside, as well as bowling alleys, a pool, a basketball court, a soccer field, a complete gym and a playground!
Okay, now on with it!
You may remember that last rotation, Emma adopted a cat, Apricot, so she could get closer to her LTW of having 20 pet best friends. But having a cat means cleaning the litter... It's seriously more disgusting in the sims than in real life!
Emma also spent a lot of time with Apricot. Isn't she cute?
And Elisabeth reached her LTW! She's now at the top of the slacker career! Yay!
Hayden and Elisabeth celebrated with a dance.
It was also time for MacKayla's birthday, so the Rices and the Binchys came over to see her become an adult.
Mac grew up in a terrible, terrible outfit. But that was not the worst...
You see, Mac's a knowledge sim and because she didn't get to go to college, she went into aspiration failure. This was the first time something like that happened to me, so I didn't really know what to do.
Then, that guy showed up and picked up MacKayla from the floor.
He treated her, and she started to act like a monkey...
... but then, she was okay! Phew!
Of course, Mac iss still sad about it all, but at least she's controlable again! All in all, even though it got me worried, that episode was very intertaining! ;)
While everyone was asleep after the party, we got our very first burglary!!! I never thought I'd be happy about that one day!
So long, sofas and chess table! (Fortunately, the family had enough money to replace it all.)
The next morning, Hayden went to Dance Fever. When Annie Simpson showed up, he decided that this would FINALLY be the day where he would get his 5th woohoo partner, after the failed attemps in the rain from last rotation.
See why I didn't want Bastian paired up with her, even though they had many bolts? How awkward would it be for your own dad to greet your wife that way at every family reunion!!! Yikes!
So anyways, this time, no one got electrocuted and Hayden got his wish! Fifteen more to go... if he's lucky! No garantee, there.
But hey! Look who else showed up at the club! Yup, that's Genesis London, another one of Hayden's conquests, but she's now an ADULT! So, fair game! That's right, I aged her up when Bastian became an adult, smart me! ;)
Hayden wasted no time and turned on the charm.
And he went at it again for the second time that day! Who said older men needed time in between??? Not Hayden! He's a stud! ;) And now, he's at six lovers... and really, I don't know if that number will increase or not. We'll see.
Meanwhile, back at the house, MacKayla was filling her aspiration bar up by talking about grilled cheese with her sister.
"But Mac, When did you have one last?"
"I don't remember, it's been way to long! But God knows I would really need it right now..."
"Well, what are you waiting for? Go and grill one! It'll get you in a better mood in no time!"
MacKayla also spent some time fishing, in a much improved outfit, too.
Oh, and with no one looking, not even me, Apricot grew up and became an adult cat. She stayed completely white, which surprised me, but she's still nice.
"Yes, hi, I would like to buy a business."

"Well, I'm still a teen but my parents are okay with it..."
...
"No, really, I swear! Sir! Ugh, wait a minute... DAAAAAD!!! The guy on the phone doesn't believe that you want me to open a pet store!!! Come and talk to him!"
So, this it Furry Friends, Emma's new store. If you recognize it, it's because it's Pepe's, but I took out some things so that it would be affordable.
Elisabeth went with Emma for the grand opening of the store.
They worked well and by the time they got back home, the business had gained enough stars to reach Rank 1.
Look, it's a new kitten! Emma adopted him as a future mate for Apricot. His name is Biscuit and let's cross our fingers it all works out... I've never actually tried to get a litter...
Okay, time for Mac to have a romantic life! Can you believe that she has not even had her first kiss, yet? I know, I know...
So, she went to Rice for All, in the hopes of meeting new people. And Aaron Futa was there. And she thought he was HOT!
After MacKayla introduced herself, they of course hung out in the middle of the store, not in the way AT ALL.
I have to admit that Mac has okay taste, Aaron's not bad!
He was also receiptive to Mac's charm, which is good. It did wonders for her confidence and we all know the poor girl needs it!
At home, Emma rolled the want to teach Apricot how to shake, so why not? There's nothing wrong with our cat knowing a few tricks. Oh, and they are now best friends, so only 19 to go to fulfill Em's LTW!
Hayden spent another few hours at Dance Fever, but no suitable ladies showed up. He did, however, have a sucessful outing with Aren Kramer.
Another short stop at Furry Friends for Emma to get her bronze sales badge...
And Mac invited Aaron over, so they could get to know eachother better. They have two bolts, I'm happy with that!
And bonus point for him, the rest of the family seem to get along very well with Aaron, too.
Apricot saw that Biscuit was in her usual pet bed...
... and she did NOT like it. Oh boy. How am I going to get kittens from these two if it starts like this?
"You have nothing to worry about, I still love you, you know. I love both of you. Okay? Yeah, that's right, purr, purr!"
Hey, guess what? Aaron is a grilled cheese loving sim! Score! That's what MacKayla found out on their first date. We also found out he's a family sim, which is always a good match with knowledge. This is looking good, peeps!

Aaron is actually in love, but Mac isn't quite there yet... Hopefully, it won't be too long.

Back at the house, Leo Hunicke came by and chatted with Emma for a while. To be honest, Leo kind of has a thing for MacKayla, but since she's already taken now, I figured that he would maybe hit it off with Em. After all, the sisters are not too different... We'll see how that turns out.
"Okay, I think it's time... Let's see what kind of place is available not to far..."
"You're leaving? Now? Oh. Well, take care, sweetie and don't forget to call!"
"Bye sis!"
"Goodbye, sweetie. Let us know how you settle in!"
No one was sad to see MacKayla go, they knew it was the right time for her. She had lived in her parents' house long enough.
MacKayla Blythe is now living on her own, you will get to see her new house next rotation, as summer is almost over.
Later that day, it was Hayden's turn to go to Furry Friends. With his gold sales badge, it wasn't hard to convince customers to buy expensive items. Especially Genesis.
Emma took care of the cash register that day.
She also took care of the restocking. This is her store, after all!
"Mac, I had SO MUCH fun on our date! Here's a huge stereo. Woo!"

"Oh, you don't live here anymore? Oh well, it's too heavy, I'm leaving it here anyway!"

I find it positively ironic that Hayden sold this huge cat house to the guy who stole from them. That's what I call getting even! Ha! And it brings us to Rank 4, too. Nice.
Furry Friends is now busy enough to justify hiring an employee, so meet Sebastian Wade... while Hayden flirts with Annie Simpson, again!
