I don't think you'd remember me if you had, I recognize you though. I will see you at the party; nothing short of casting Imperius on my mother would get me out of it.
I definitely agree on the dress; you should see the hideous old outfits my mother has picked out. I think I'll have to pretend to take an interest in the party or the only thing people will know about me will be how horrible my clothes are.
Daphne. Honestly, parents can be so annoying. It's ok, if you're in with Mil and I we'll get you in with the crowd.
We're used to pleasing our parents all the time. It's a wonderful fad.
Mil's right about the dress, though. If you look shabby you'll never hear the end of it. Millie would know, the poor dear. She looks fabulous now, though.
If your mother ever bothers you, I'll deal with her. Just let me know, okay?
It's mostly my mother, really, she's so obsessed with getting in with the Malfoy's and their crowd, she acts like I'm her little chess piece or something. She might as well Imperio me then, and get it over with. I can't wait to get away to school.
You're right about the dress, I'll go out first thing in the morning then.
Well Daphne, I don't believe we have met however I never shy from offering advice.
I would not recommend befriending someone who is flat out telling you that there is a chance they will humiliate you if you don't live up to their standards. Just because you are in Slytherin doesn't mean you have to suffer the rest of them.
And why again would a Weasley want to go to a Malfoy party?
