She was glad she had Ava here to work with. The two had clicked instantly in Paris when Ava had began her internship. Ava understood the business just as well as Daphne, with an incredible flair for high fashion and even higher price tags.
"The first thing I'm going to do is higher us a receptionist," she told her, frowning as she took in the extent of the chaos.

"I hate to be greedy, except where I really don't" She laughed softly, "but a good looking male receptionist would certainly make it more bearable." It would be no surprise to hear those words from Ava, who even in their time at the other office was known for her love of using men as needed.

"Having a gorgeous tall, dark, and handsome around to fetch coffee and take messages for us would make the long hours a little bit more worth it," Daphne agreed. Really, there was no reason not to go that route. Another female would just get in their way.
