YAY for science fiction!
There is something inherently cheesy about science fiction, but I love it. I love the ideas, the freedom. It doesn't have to be anything. There's some sense that the pressure is off when I write about the future. I wrote a little section of a short story I've been working on and I really like it. The painting Nora and I did is up on the wall. Unfinished, but good enough for now. The last critical piece. I know I'm the only one who devotes mental energy to filling the spaces, but it makes me feel good. Last Day
It's my last day at **anonymous PR firm** and... I'm sad. A little relieved, no more dressing up and feeling like an unstylish, chubby child... well less of that.
We had cake just now, in honor of my last day. -
looking at old photos
This place will be a memory. I will close my eyes and remember the first apartment. I will remember nora's painting, our two computers, pc and mac... and as good as it is, as good as the white and blue of this room is, I will remember it better.
