saw it this weekend. I haven't read the books - so i have nothing to compare it to.
The scenery was breathtaking. It was a fun escape from reality which is what, in my opinion, movies are there for.

Saw it with Shawn, Janna, Matt, Kayla and my brother.
It was all visuals and very little plot....or at least plot you could drive a barn through.
