it's from the movie "My Science Project" which is an awesome 80s movie. The character Vince Latello was played by Fisher Stevens who was also in Short circuit and a lot of other stuff.

was fisher stevens indian or latino in that movie? i can never remember what race that bastard is supposed to be, all i know is, he's not one of us.

in Short Circuit he's Indian (dots, not feathers) and in My Science Project he's Italian. I could see him playing a Latino man as well.

i think i also remember him playing a character who becomes a goomba in the Super Mario Bros. movie, which used to be one of my favorites (i didn't understand much english when i saw it TWICE in the theater, but i understood the international language of "dennis hopper is a bad guy.")

yeah, www.imdb.com credits him as being "Iggy" in Super Mario Brothers. Also, I totally fucking forgot this one! He was in Hackers!! He plays the evil computer hacker who creates the virus that the kids have to defeat. Also in that movie he rides a skateboard!@
