PAX East 2011...

I went to PAX East over the weekend. It...was a mixed experience. I knew going into the expo that it would be gigantic, but this was an entirely different beast. There were hours-long lines all over the gotdamn place, my cosplay fell apart, I had to wash my hands constantly to avoid catching PAX Pox (touch wood, have not gotten sick yet)...oh

Aw man... I'm glad that you got some good stuff/memories out of it, and that people were nice to you. But sorry for the seizure/hospital stuff. I hope you're feeling better now?

I feel pretty decent. I've recovered from the expo for the most part, but I still have to be cautious about my actions lest I do something that can trigger my epilepsy again in the event that my medication has stopped working. It likely hasn't, the thing that set my seizure into motion at the expo was a lot of bright, flashy lights in a dark room in the middle of the day (hours following my last dose of medicine). I set an appointment with my neurologist, but he's only free about a week from now, so life trundles on. ^^

Well, I guess it's good it was probably just(!) environmental factors rather than medication!fail. Take care of yourself then.
