Some events have occurred in life worth noting in my journal, so time for an update.

I find that for me to overcome my fears and move forward, it's recognizing them for what they are and how they affect me that is key. Once I've done that I find it's easier to give myself permission to feel the fear and get past it. I think the 'why' of what I'm doing also plays a part - is it to look good, is it for health, is it for personal gratification? Reminding myself of the 'why' helps me to look at the big picture again and put things into perspective.
Talking about it and figuring it out helps me greatly. How can I help you?
