Visit to the Tailor and Lunch at the Regular Tea House
Well the start of today saw in in work shirt and shoes. I'm not sure if friends and colleagues realised I was serious about going to my tailor while over here. First Evening
Did not konw just how good company I'd be this night as I was starting to feel tired before heading out to meet Ida and Timo (who are heading to Taiwan for a holiday tomorrow). An interesting flight. On one of the new airbuses. BA allow small electrical items to be on now during take offs and landings, just with phones/tablets in airplane mode. There's also (in World Traveller+ class) two charging USB sockets in the back of the chair below the entertainment screen ( Read more... ) -
And so it begins
Every journey starts wi a beginning, so while do they call the start point a Terminal, it's some what final. Perhaps it's the fact that unless you're in a lounge with free drinks and snacks, you just can't wait to get out of there. Photo Location has Changed
Webshots is no more and the new fully commercial form they've gone to (smile.com) is naff. As a result I've had to look else where and have decided on Photobucket. I'm limited to 2 GB of photos on the free account, so I've not uploaded everything from the past, I may pay in the future, time will tell as I don't exactly load photos that often and ( Read more... ) -
Ciao Roma
Well tonight was my final night in Rome and I'm uncerain whether I'll have time to post tomorrow, so while a follow up will be done when I'm back in the UK I might not get another chance while still over here.

The Final Full Day In Rome
Even as I set off this morning I could feel my legs. Yesterday was just too far and I found myself gingerly walking up hill to cut round the back of the Roman Type Writer so I could get the The Pantheon. Late Dinner at Local Haunt
I decided, or more acurately my tired limbs decided, that I would eat locally so I hit Trip Advisor. My original choice was furthest away and listed 22nd in Rome for Trip Advisor restaurants.
