I guess yet another attempt to get back into LiveJournal fell away. I'm sorry to have lost touch with everyone, I really have missed everyone. I really don't know why I'm so bad at it, but I really am just awful. Both in real life and online, I'm just the worst person in the world for keeping in touch. If I could change one thing about myself, ( Read more... )

WELCOME BACK!!

I really need to get a job soon! Otherwise I just know I'm not going to break out of this slump of not doing anything all day, taking much longer to do things than I should, waking up at ridiculously late times, and so on. I need a job to give my days some structure. The money would be nice too.
That's exactly how I feel at the moment. I intended to use this time 'between jobs' to catch up on my writing and reading, to get things done that I'd been putting off when I was working full time, but I very quickly fell into the slump you describe so well and now find myself in the position of having bills to pay with no regular income coming in. Kicking myself, I am.

You have been missed, sir. I was only wondering about you a little while back. I'm so glad you're okay. :)
*hugs*

Thank you!

*hugs* It's good to see you again too!

It's a really difficult situation isn't it! I hope you can break out of the slump soon and do some of the things you want to do.

Yay, you're back! This makes me mucho happy.

I'm like that when I have days off, too...and when I was unemployed. It's like, there's all this time, but without structure, it just gets wasted.

Sports Night rocks hard.

Aw, thank you!

Right. Why is that we need a day to have a structure to stop ourselves from wasting it? It makes no sense to me, and yet happens every single time!

I'm really enjoying it! Sooo much wit. Did you ever check out The West Wing in the end? It has completely lost its wit since Aaron Sorkin left unfortunately (though I still really enjoy the show as a drama), but those first seasons were so funny!

The West Wing is still in my queue. *g* It keeps getting pushed back, but it's still there, and I still intend to watch it. I swear!

Hee, good good. :D

Did you hear that Aaron Sorkin has a new show coming out next year? It's another behind the scenes of a TV show show, this time about people working on a sketch comedy I think. Apparently Matthew Perry has been offered a starring role if he wants one, and Amanda Peet might be in it too. I so can't wait! :D
