4 steps today after seeing a physiotherapist for the first time 25-Sept-8. My first in 8 weeks, and it took 2 types of pain killers. As motivation I thought about walking to Nicole, it is stupid of me but I needed motivation. The hematoma on my right leg has healed, but the ligaments and stuff still aren't working. They made me stand on my leg

No, and they have been feeding me bread+potato+potato+apple or bread+bread+potato for many of my meals. They did absolutely nothing for 7 weeks. I have noticed two major differences with my diabetes since immigration officers lied their asses off. #1 if I don't get Lantus insulin on time, my heart starts constricting and palpitating. This was relatively minor Friday night. On 20-Sept it was very severe, and my heart hurt for 3 days. It was much more drastic and prolonged heart pain than my first heart attack, and my heart was sore for 3 days. #2 if my sugar stays high (because they won't give me insulin) then my immune system completely shuts down and snot starts pouring out of everywhere except my ears

They are giving me carbomazapene to curtail the peripheral neuropathy. It is also a sedative and anti seizure med. If I ramble and am incoherent, I'm slightly out of it and I only have 3-6 minutes to write once every 2 days usually.
