Now that we are a one car family, my wife and daughter pick me up from work on their way home from work and school. While my work is in the center of downtown, the easiest path home takes us through the East Side, arguably the neighborhood with one of the worst reputations in our metro area. I've never had a problem driving through this area

Heh. In all fairness, I would have been freaked out if someone knocked on my car window. However, I'm not an irresponsible driver. Have to say, that definitely sounded like karmic payback, lol.
