I sent my mom and dad a text message to ask about how my brother was doing in his regatta.  my mom calls back to say, "They're racing a little later", but then says, "Hey - our dog hasn't been out all day, can you go over and let him out?"  [fact1: i live about 20-30 minutes away] [fact2: she calls at 5, and i have plans to meet someone at 5:45,

my thoughts exactly. if they had wanted me to take care of the dog, they should have asked me earlier in the day. we had also talked at 2 in the afternoon, and they knew the races were running late.

i just hate that my mom is so frustrated with me for something that i couldn't have control over.
