i'm a terrible person

So the plan was this: this Saturday I'm going to the Dominican Republic for a week with my church to do mission work at a vocational school (we'll be painting and possibly helping with vacation bible school a smidgen).  What makes it great is that we were supposed to stay at this AMAZING resort on the beach in the evenings

No, that totally DOES suck. :\ It's not pathetic at all to be upset about the plans being changed on you at the last minute.

And yet, I feel like because it's a church trip, I'm not allowed to feel like this in public, because that means I'm more interested in the vacation part than I am in the service, and that's not supposed to be the point. :(

But yeah. Last minute SUCKS.

Well, good for you for admitting it! It may still be a very good experience, though -- here's hoping you get to the end of it and find you were pleasantly surprised. You'll be in my prayers. ;o) (In the meantime, be as crabby as you need to be.)
