Yay, you're safe!

If you haven't seen my LJ, we're all fine and even have half-power.

Tell me if you need anything! For instance, we have a freezer that can make ice, water that can be boiled, etc.

I'm happy to have a generator right now - no power, little food and almost no gas left. Galveston County has a very strict curfew right now too, it's been a very long time since I had a curfew!

Hooray for generators! Well, let me know if you need anything. Or even a place to stay - our "guest house" has power in half the rooms, including the kitchen.

Doris, there are no words that can ease any of the sorrow and shock and the whole change of world you and your family and your city -your world is going through right now, but please know I am thinking of you and Im am grateful that you are all still here with us!! Thank god for that, and thanks for all the updates, photos and tweets.

I thought about you the past few days. Thoughts of your squees and listening to PotterCast on an Ipod helped me more then you will ever imagine.

I saved my autographed copy of DH! YAY!!! I did loose all of my purses, but that just means I get to buy more!
