Hello -- I've been captured by Myspace -- and...

My life has been essentially turned upside down.

Jen is my best friend.  She's going through a hard time -- and I have been there for her.  We have always been very different and yet so much alike.  Ha -- it's really kind of funny, because lately, I've felt something of a change come over me.  A huge part of this is Jen's example and free spirit.

Parenting is such a sticky issue and I'm not gonna even try (because I'm still only 16 ^_^;), but I will say that it sounds like your kids have a great mom to look up to. ^_^

Nothing much is new... still trying to get through the adoption process. XP We've made some progress, though.

I do have a myspace, but I'm never on it. Ever. >.>;

If it weren't for FMA and Cons...I never would've met you and the girls...it's amazing how things work, isn't it? I have Cons and FMA to thank for MANY of my online friends and some of the best, supportive people I've met in a long time.

Before this year, I had NEVER been to a Con before, then in May I went to ACen, then Comic Con, then AFO, then Toronto...I TOO finally was able to do the things *I* wanted to do but wasn't able to because of my previous job [mostly because I didn't know it existed, but also because I was afraid of how it would be percieved by co-workers].

mmmm. You know -- I understand what you mean. There are so many cool people I've met through this -- geez -- almost my entire Myspace page has friend's list is a direct result. Yeah. It's just awesome. You are one of those fantastic people, Helen is another, Mandy, Justin, CR, Alexis, Rachel and Marysia, Sonny, Gayla, Vic, Caitlin, Jay, Travis, omg -- soooo many I can't even list them all here. I look forward to meeting more people and developing better friendships with the people I know.

You know, I guess for me, I've finally given myself permission to just be happy. Crazy, right? meh. I know -- it's weird, but, I know YOU understand:)
