why is it that when i am tired i say the most stupid things and i get into losts of fights and how come it is that i do lots of work for other people and then i never get thanked for it i feel so tired and burned out from doing to much for other people

i say stupid things all the time its life ... you mouth and mind arent programed like a computer and even they fuck up ... i am a firm believer in just becuase you say you believe something doesnt mean you actually believe it sometimes i find myself saying things that i dont strongly believe in even if i only partially believe then just to prove a piont or get a reaction ... ( testing out other peoples views and repsonses if you will)
