Was in hospital from Tuesday afternoon until about 8pm Thursday. Have been really sick; docs thought they were going to have to do emergency gallbladder surgery. Turns out I "just" have a hiatal hernia and not one, not two, but FIVE ulcers in my stomach and surrounding area.

Will go more in depth later.

Forget the fallout that has begun since I left my last post. Instead of looking forward to the end of the semester and toobing down the Guadelupe and seeing Blue October again, I'm facing the possibility of a trip to an orthopedic surgeon. This past Monday, Bill's father died. It was not a peaceful death, for him or for the family after the fact. During all the rain and nasty weather on Monday, Curt was killed instantly in a horrific car wreck. The 20 yr old kid that hit him? He was treated and released at the scene of the wreck.
