I absolutely have to make a doctors appointment to be checked out for these headaches. They are going to be the death of me, literally. Every single day, at least 2-3, and nothing seems to relieve them anymore

Ya know, I am not even sure how I feel about the whole situation. You really did hurt me a great deal and I don't feel that its my place to call you. You made the choice to choose a guy over your true friends. A guy who is no good for you and causes you to make very poor judgements. Yeah, I miss our friendship a great deal because I truly thought that we had a strong friendship. If you want to be friends then you need to make a choice. I hate to say that, but I refuse to be continually hurt. Either you want to be friends and stay friends, or you want to be with that scumbag. I am sorry to sound so harsh, but that is the reality of the situation. Why turn your back on friends who have been there for you for years, for a guy who is a no good loser who sleeps with other people and lies to you? It's your choice. Just don't lie to me and don't play games with me. I love you and it hurts me to see you screwing up your life like this. You make the choice. You know my cell phone #.
