Might I recommend Cup f Tea and Surviving You, also by Ellcrys? I actually was won over on buying an e-reader once I learned I could upload PDF files onto it-- because I wanted to have a portable copy of Surviving You.

Also reccing the "Porn Train" fics from the Phoenix Wright Kink Meme.

Do you have a link to Cup of Tea? I figured Surviving You was more of a Kristoph/Phoenix fic so I didn't include it in... but I guess I'll give it a go.

Oh, and if you noticed, I haven't had the time to put in NC-17 fics in there. xD

And, yes, all of these are NC-17. And yes, there is a heavy slant of Kristoph/Phoenix in Surviving You, but it, and The Best Revenge which dovetails in with it nicely (and also works as a standalone) are definitely very Phoenix/Miles orientated. Kristoph is there, but the romance, the shippiness and the relationship-ness of the fics is concentrated around the P/E.

You seem to be well versed in the PW slash fic so maybe the one I am searching will ring a bell.

It was a fic where Phoenix won a case using a technicality and although he won he was angry at himself.

Miles takes him to his (Miles) home and prepares a nice bath, nice tea and ends making out with Phoenix.

Apart from the questions I want to say that I'm loving the recs, I have been out of the fandom for a long time and I was lost on what would be good to read to get back

Hmm, honestly the plot rings a bell, and there's a fic that kind of resembles it but I'm not sure if the fic you're looking for is this. Is it? If it's not, maybe I can look it up for you.

It's not (but it was a good read).

Although I don't remember the title or the author, it was hosted on the idletheme site, so maybe it is lost forever.
