There's a place called "Funds and Games" which might have what you're looking for. Or it might not. Or it might not even still exist. But my mom used to get all kinds of tchotchkes for library stuff there, along with things like spinny-wheel games.

Alas, it seems that Funds and Games no longer exists, but it sounds cool. I googled it and looked in the Des Moines phone book - is/was it in Des Moines?

Mom suggests someplace called Nobbie's, out on University "where the Dahl's used to be" (past Valley West Mall).
