Wow. I doubt these guys sign a release to have their pictures appear here. It seems like an invasion of privacy, y'know? I mean, if it were a part of sentencing, that'd be one thing, but, these guys are still innocent, legally, right?

I guess because arrests and mug shots are public record, it's okay. All the website shows is name, identifying info, and charges. No need for any release to be signed. And yes, legally they are still considered innocent at this point.
