Pancakes, microlending and Wii

I came downstairs this morning to James making pancakes.  I was...surprised.  According to him, he hadn't made pancakes for 20 years, which would explain the 3 skillet-sized pancakes he made.  He's been jonesing for pancakes for awhile; I think it was the Bisquick in the cupboard I bought for a recipe a few weeks ago, staring at him every time he ( Read more... )

My kids are totally going to resent our Wii-less house, just the way I feel as though I missed out on an important aspect of the 80's because we never had an Atari.

I have a friend who lost 70lbs(!) playing DDR. AND she never gets bored of it. It was unbelievable to watch.
Video games are so the new gym.
