That's not mid-life crisis. That's the "no, really--playtime is over" agitas just about everyone runs up against in their mid-twenties. Partially it's the post-college comedown (for those to whom it's applicable), partially it's hitting the quarter-century milestone; part is the growing feeling that the world's expectations of one are different than they were three or five years previously, possibly coupled with the "wasn't I supposed to be poised to take over the universe by now?" coming from one's own head.
I've seen the expression “quarter-life crisis” used once or twice, but it strikes me as a little...... OH DEAR FLAMING $DEITY: quarterlifecrisis.com. There's a book. I just had to go and stick the phrase into Google, didn't I.
