A list of graphic novels/trade paperbacks I want, complete with dramatic descriptions. Why? Because it gives me something to do that doesn't involve thinking about a cigarette.

JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA: EARTH-2

On the other side of the proverbial mirror is the Anti-Matter Universe. There, an Earth exists where good is evil and evil is good. And someone there has found his way here.

FANTASTIC FOUR - Volume 2

Reed Richards and his family of imaginauts journey to the ends of the Earth - to the shattered once-fascist country known as Latveria, to the gates of Heaven itself.

TEEN TITANS: THE FUTURE IS NOW

Past, present, and future collide, as the Teen Titans come face to face with themselves.

NEW X-MEN - Volume 3

Minds are shattered, hearts are broken, cities crumble, time is torn apart... and a Phoenix rises.

AVENGERS ASSEMBLE! - Volume 1

Captain America leads an army of superheroes of all shapes and sizes against the powers that be in a world that tramples the innocent and helpless.

ARKHAM ASYLUM: A SERIOUS HOUSE ON SERIOUS EARTH

The Joker and his fellow inmates have taken over, forcing Batman to journey into the depths of madness.

When I have the money.

God, RAW's gone to shit. Well, not so much gone... more like de-evolved into a new form of fecal matter previously unknown in our reality. The desperation is obvious and depressing. Of course, they'll tell you how the whole point of the J.R. colonostomy skit was that it was over-the-top and that Vince McMahon's character was being evil... doesn't matter. It was stupid and the point aside, was further ego-stroking by that obnoxious son of a bitch. Glorified carny huckster; always has been, always will be. No matter his delusions.

On the plus side, at least Mickie James is hot.

(pre-implants/pointless name change - what's wrong with Alexis Laree, Vince? Oh, right... you wouldn't own it)

And they're doing a interpromotional match at Survivor Series. Granted, technically it's not interpromotional (same promotion... just different brands). And yes, it may not even elimination rules. But still. You take what you can get.

A little over two months from now, Howard Stern hits Sirius. Already? Christ. I remember planning on getting that lifetime subscription deal a year ago. I figured I'd have the money at that point. What the fuck have I been doing with myself? I really do hope he does well, the show's degenerated the last few years due to the domino effect of his speaking out against Bush and the FCC witch-hunts and his own frustration. If you became the prototype for an entire industry, garnered billions for others without you seeing a dime, spawning legions of terrible wannabes who drag you down by association, and being demonized by the media - wouldn't you be a bit frustrated? I myself would be a lot more pissed about how many of his ideas have been ripped off over the years. The most flagrant was his planned animated series, which was lifted wholesale by Chris Rock for Everyone Hates Chris (with the skin colors reversed). Bullshit. Anyways. Sirius is just one more thing to look forward to, down the road.

Things with my girlfriend are pretty good, for now. I'm still a parasitic retard who needs help doing basic tasks. My family is being haunted, and my father will die in less than a decade unless I do something. Why can't I write in detail about any of this? What the fuck is wrong with me?
