Why is it that every time I have to get blood drawn at the hospital, I get the crappy nurse first? This happens to me every single time - the first nurse tries and fails to find the vein two times in a row and then the seasoned nurse comes in and gets it on their first try! I'm going to have to start demanding that the nurse with the most

one time I had a nursing student draw my blood, I ended up passing out she was so bad :-/
