Oh, and my job is largely paid through federal funds, so my not getting paid doesn't really save the state anything, but it does secure some nice political points for the Gov/Legislature.
(As an aside fuck 101.5, since it's their type propaganda that is the reason we're doing furloughs instead of say, fixing the massive wasted spending in the state. Though the state should have made it more clear that they were doing this, but they want to quietly pass this stuff)
