Took two melatonin to get to sleep last night, and all they do is make me drowsy. No more of that ( Read more... )

Melatonin only helps your body reset it's biological clock, it's not actually a sleeping agent. I recommend pairing Melatonin with Valerian root. (An all natural muscle relaxant and sedative)
