There comes a time when we must forgive. I'm not sure I know how to do that. I've hated you for far too long. I'm not sure why I've healed on this for so long. It's been done and over. You may have forgotten but still I hate more and more. I must move forward.

I admire you for your ability to forgive. Right now I'm dealing with an issue with someone named Beth (or Bethany) as well and I'm struggling to come to terms with what happened to her and how it affected my family.

I don't hate her... just very disappointed with her actions... it's just best to forgive her and move on from it.

Hate is a very consuming emotion... I speak from experience. It's never a good thing to hang onto.
