Hope everyone had a great Xmas! Mine was very good - had a relaxing day, visited my horses, and then ate a fab meal created by my friend Bryan. We had prime rib, twice baked potatoes, oven roasted cauliflower and brussell sprouts with thyme and lemon zest, shrimp cocktail and for dessert, Harry and David pears poached in a spiced red wine syrup
