Just got back from Albie's end o` the year partie, and y'all suck monkey balls to those of whom weren't there. Been trying to find a delicate way to put this pretty much since this morning when I first read this post. Here goes:

It wasn't a theatre party. Theatre parties have massive open guest lists. Last year's party was like that. As a result it was enormous, and that wasn't really the feel said party is supposed to have. It felt somewhat impersonal. The guest list was smaller this year for that reason. It wasn't a personal comment, and it would be very nice of everyone if they didn't make Albie feel bad about it.

Clearly Ryan didn't know this. Sorry for the confusion.
