I stepped over the threshold into the cold, clutching my iPod, pulling the door to behind me. Plugging myself in to an earful of rock, I walked into the early morning fog, unable to appreciate the silence I experienced upon leaving the house. YES! Get Rich to join the local Tai Chi group. I've been going for a year and a half now and it's done wonders for me. Healthier, more confident (I got up on stage last night with 7 of my fellow enthusiasts and did the form for 10 minutes in front of 500 people. A few years ago there wasn't enough of anything in the world to make me do that) and generally feeling a hell of a lot better than I was.

I've mastered and transcended the sword-form now. I swung my sword around in the street at lunch and sliced a building in half... that was 100 metres down the road.

I'm now working on an anti-Qi to infect the life-force on this Earth. All will rot and die!! Wah-ha-ha! Actually, I haven't seen the next Star Wars.. but after that!... Wah-ha-ha!

As I said in your journal, get round to our place and Dean and myself will take you through the basics and what to expect when you're there. After that it's up to you.
