Smog was originally part of some villain group, so he showed up with said group. He did, however, get more interesting when he left said group and switched sides.

Very sneaky. Can get out of lot of problems that way... or cause some for others.

Greedy. Frequently gets him in trouble.
* how easy/difficult I find it to write the character.
Very easy. I find his personality type to be one of my favorites.
* the story/thread/chapter/post/etc where I feel that I truly captured them.
None stand out much more than the others, but I'd say the YIM RP where he was kidnapped and then escaped to the Palace of Shadow were some of my favorite moments using him.
* my plans (if any) to write the character in the near future.
I'm sure I'll still be using him in RPs plenty. Writing, well, if I somehow bring Leoric back, I was already writing about him.

Like Smog, Oxygen was part of that villain group, but unlike Smog, Oxygen didn't stand out by switching sides, instead standing out for being the most insane of the six.

I'm not sure any of Oxygen's traits are... good. I suppose her ability to almost always get what she wants.

Can be convinced to do just about anything if she considers it "fun".

Easy if she's not used often. Hard to seem original with the... uh, craziness.

Any RP with her and Delrin or Slasher.

Currently none, but I'm not against using her as I haven't done so in a long time.

Similar case to Smog, actually, though he was always the most interesting of the group due to his unusual personality for a villain

Very very polite. Whether it's a friend or foe, he'll be incredibly nice to them, at least in words.

At times he'll come off as emotionless.

Fairly easy. The only issue is something terrible happening to him, as it's difficult to decide how he'd react.

I'd say anytime he was in the Council and met someone he became friends with(Example Khaos). Friendships on opposite sides are pretty interesting.
