The "I hate wrestling" is one I'm very familiar. I've heard that all my life from family and friends alike and all you want is to be left alone in peace.

More importantly, the "you should be doing this" crap I've been seeing quite a bit lately. Not really towards me, but to those around me. So great is this sphere of influence on my loved ones that it is impacting my life negatively because independent thought and self acceptance is so hard to come by these days.

As for praising God...after all these years, my old friend, what more can we do but chuckle and be happy heretics.

Free will is an absolute farce anyway. Most people in this country let other people decide if they are "free" or not. "You don't have enough freedom in your life to do " is my personal favorite. We live in a society where quantity beats out quality, because someone had a brainfart and said that diversity is the spice of life. Fuck them. I'm so sick of people defining for other people what a "life" should consist of and whether or not you qualify.

You are absolutely right. Independent thought is very hard to find these days. It's becoming extinct I think, even if slowly. But there are still those that strive to keep it alive. Maybe we should start our own lodge or something.

Fraternal Order of the Heretic.
