... or perhaps that should be mental ?

Not really metal, but as close as you’re ever going to hear from me.
A taste from the forthcoming album with Melvins. I figured that if they were going to do a bunch of metal tracks I might as well join in the fun.

It's not what I listen too either (Guitars ? Ugh !) But it was done for some fun, so I make no apology for it as it was fun :)
It's the third time in 23 years that I've used guitars on anything. Makes a change art least, and the album will keep my fan base on their toes, bless them :)

I don't think it sounds like typical metal.
It had this "groove" to it, like a dub / tropical feeling, even experimental at times...

So you actually layed down the guitar riffs for this?
I prefer the regular minimal Lustmord.
But,
who am I but a fan...

Oh,
upon closer inspection of the entry I discovered you "layed down the beats" No wonder its all duby and experimental and atmospheric even!

>I prefer the regular minimal Lustmord.

Fair enough and appreciated, but I've got to have a break and some fun from time to time :)
- not that Lustmord isn't fun.

The album does feature that patented Lustmord sound as well as guitars btw

Ah, gotcha.
Yes, Rachael was going through some bad times there, she was much better last time I spoke to her though.
