What is your Tracy practicing for with that gun? I mean, I wouldn't mess around with giving a women a gun, that's like a weapon...wait, it is a weapon! But then, some say, wounds are less harmful than words.

Still waiting to work on one though...
Guns are good fun, and the very first time we went shooting Trace had a glint in her eye, especially with the shotgun, so I've thought about getting her one for a while. Then when we went shooting again recently (for the first time i ages) I saw that glint again so what to get her for her birthday became much easier.
Obviously guns aren't toys, and no matter what some suggest they are actually meant to kill people (!) so we take it seriously and while fun it's not a joke. I'm pleased to report that we have taken safety classes etc.
I'm often surprised by just how many of us left-wing types have guns, counter to the popular image.
