As in "Quality Assurance"?

Please tell me you have some form of hiring capability?!?! :) I've been a customer service rep for a long damn time, and I've always wanted to do Quality Assurance (because frankly, most CSRs suck balls). Hell, I would be willing to move if the pay is right. :)

Yes, QA as in Quality Assurance or QC as in Quality Control. I have no idea what kind of hiring capabilities I'll have; I just know I'll be busting my ass getting this thing started.
