Finally managed to get appointments for vaccines. The doctor told us to wait until November to get them, so they’d still be active come spring, and I’m regretting that. All the vaccines in one day? Wow. I couldn't do that. Just couldn't do it.

A few weeks ago, I had to have my TDap updated and for the first time since I was a pre-school kid, I felt the effects of the vaccine and I kept thinking, "This isn't right; this isn't how this goes. I've had TDaps before this---recently, before this---and didn't have this reaction." It's almost impossible for me to imagine getting three or four at once.

I'm very grateful you posted about flu, Covid and other vaccines, though. I need to schedule mine---not all at once, because I'm sort of a wimp that way---and I had had the best of intentions of getting everything out of the way well before Halloween, and then thought of the point you brought up: I want "coverage" through the spring, too!

Wishing you well with your vaccinations and the holiday season and hoping you get to enjoy your Thanksgiving Day.

You might want to delay Thanksgiving a day or two, just in case. I have my autumn stuff up as well. It will come down on the weekend following T-Day. Fingers crossed that you can find things.

Really sorry about he depression. I can't imagine why you're not more cheerful living in this great country.
