Hm... guys usually like it best, or admire girls who can tell them face to face. So tell him you you feel about him. The best way yo tell him is get him alone one night, and tell him. Hopefully he feels the same way! Good luck! :)

I can't really think of any other way of telling him than talking to him face to face. It's going to be more difficult, I admit but it's usually the best way. Best of luck!
