Wait, making out reduces histamine production? I love hearing about the health benefits involved in sex and sexual activities. Each article that says regular sex among happy marriages adds years to your life just provides incentive to have more sex... once I get happily married. But either way. I like hearing that something I'm going to do anyway is good instead of neutral or detrimental.
