Hey all I haven't written in awhile and well I have no good excuse simply the fact I was bored and depressed. Its hard being limited to the house always asking for help and it took its toll. I have been walking again so I am much happier. I got invited on a business trip so its like a little vacation before returning to work. I have been thinking
